Megan McCullough is the General Manager of Polaris at Assembly Health, where she leads the company’s clinical consulting and RCM teams. She brings extensive experience across skilled nursing and post-acute care, including clinical operations, business development and growth strategy, as well as 17 years as a licensed Occupational Therapist. Megan holds a Doctorate in Health Science from the University of Indianapolis, a Master of Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University and the RAC-CT certification.
Jordan Bowman is a Speech-Language Pathologist and healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience across direct patient care, clinical operations, business development, strategic partnerships and healthcare technology. She brings deep expertise in older adult care, dementia, mild cognitive impairment, wellness and interprofessional care, and has presented on these topics at state and national conferences. Jordan is a Past President and Fellow of the Illinois Speech-Language-Hearing Association, an ASHA State Advocate for Medicare Policy and an elected member of the National Academies of Practice. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys hiking, traveling, tackling home projects, spending time with family and exploring with her boyfriend, Ryan, and their two dogs, Benjamin and Bud.
