We are hiring for full-time or part time (exempt and non-exempt) for this position. This role reports to our Director of Consulting Services.
Key Experience Needed

What you will do:

  • Provide clinical consulting service delivery to our clients.
  • Manage assigned client facilities in both service delivery and cost effectiveness.    
  • Ensure timely delivery of consulting visits according to our contractual obligations.
  • Ensure assigned profit and loss goals are met.
  • Sell extra consulting days per quarter.
  • Conduct 12 productive site visit days per month. (Less if only Part-Time).
  • Submit internal reports/calendars per company guidelines.
  • Submit client reports after completion of customer site visit per company guidelines.
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with the VP of Operations about internal and external customer issues.
  • Participate with the sales process as requested.
  • Provide client customer service averaging 9.0 on the customer survey scale as it relates to consulting services.
  • Attend trade shows as requested · Maintain effective participation in our team meetings, committees, and/or on conference calls.
  • Stay current on issues and regulations that affect the industry and long-term care field.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

What it takes to join the family:

  • B.S. in Nursing preferred  
  • Registered Nurse License
  • Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or in multi-facility management in nurse/physician consulting.
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to adjust the message to fit the audience.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Extensive air travel required.  
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information to understand issues and identify options.
  • Engage with a wide base of clients across the organization.  
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental team members to complete projects.
  • Understand key financial indicators, manage financial performance, and use financial analysis to create and evaluate strategic options and opportunities.‍‍
